Food and drink is a big part of what travel is all about. Copper James Culinary Tours provides unique culinary adventures, searching for authentic fare by eating at food stalls, enjoying home cooking and trying out regional specialties. Sit with locals and enjoy traditional food in places where the atmosphere is part of the experience.
Copper James Culinary Tours was founded by chocolatier and chef Nadine Smith. She graduated from the San Diego Culinary Institute in 2012 and received her chocolatier certification at Ecole chocolatier online school in 2016. She has also travelled with Cirque du Soleil Luzia and Cirque du Soleil Volta.
We work with talented chefs and local establishments to provide an unforgettable bucket list experience. We also partner with local charities to help fight hunger through fundraising and community based programs.
